Our No Sweat Intro is a 20 minute zoom / video consultation to break the ice and get to know one another. We'll discuss your goals and history, after which we'll get you signed up for the program that's right for you!

please sign up for a No Sweat Intro first so we can discuss your history and options before you come in for your first workout.

You will find personal training under the "Appointment Packs" tab, regular memberships for CrossFit/Barbell Club/FitKids, Moms Who Move, or our Masters Program under the "Membership Plans" tab, and if you aren't sure how consistently you can make it to the gym, we offer a punch pass, found under the "Attendance Packs" tab.
