    Deadlift – 475, 490, 505 (5# PR)

    1170 – 50# PR on the Total from Aug 4, 2016

    Great job 6:30 am class, lots of PRs all around!

    Squat: 145# (PR, but this time below parallel)
    Strict press: 72# (first time)
    Dead lift: 185# (20#PR)

    Mile: ~8:32 (~60 second PR, Jack turned the timer off on me). 🙂
