    18, 15, 12, 9 DL (105) and then PU– 5;22

    Saturday-
    FGB-ish workout..
    4 rds (1 min each): WB (14lbs), Sumo thingy (65lbs), BJ (20in), Push press (65lbs), row…. total : 332
