    DL- 355 (felt like I could have done a good bit more but rounded my back for just a second and pulled something on my first attempt)

    Total= 855

    Alternating Pistols on box with 1 sec pause at bottom
    Hand release pushups

    then Row 1K – 3:59

  3. Squat: 225 PR
    Press: 80 (couldn’t max out due to shoulder so just got a number on the board)
    DL: 245 PR
    CFT: 550
