    4 rounds plus 10 pistols (to box) sub 90 singles for 30 DU

  4. First time doing snatches: 33# x 3

    Workout for me was: 10 min AMRAP of

    7 box squats with 20# ball
    1 rope climb (from sitting on the floor to standing)
    row for 15 cal

  5. “New Toys” in my garage at home

    A) For time: 10 Ring Dips, 10 KB Swings (70lbs), 10 Push Ups, 10 Air Squats. 8,8,8,8. 6,6,6,6. 4,4,4,4. 2,2,2,2.

    Gotta work on technique! Rope burns in to many places. Need to practice DU. Had to mostly do SU
