A 140 PR B 4 rounds plus 10 Pistols Gotta work on technique! Rope burns in to many places. Need to practice DU. Had to mostly do SU Reply
A. 90 (missed 95) need to work on actively getting under the bar. B. 3 rounds + rope climb (used small cement step for pistols) Reply
