    Strength 1a. 10×2 chain dynamic deadlifts – 225#
    1b. 5×5 Seated BB press – 75, 95, 105, 115, 125
    Conditioning 12 min row for meters (20 sec all out, 40 sec slow) – 2900m

  2. A. 215 x 3
    B. 8 (these need work but 4 last time so I will take 8)
    C. 130 (should have taken the go all out statement more seriously.. 3rd round was better than the 1st)

  3. Thrusters : 5×10 w/ 12kg DB
    Burpees: 5×10 w/10sec rest
    Partner WOD: 1person row 200m and the other perform weighted situps (20ish reps) x 5

  4. I forgot my AM workout
    3×3 hang power snatch up to 75
    Block single snatches up to 90
    8 hill sprints from stop sign to driveway
