    Strength 1a. 10×2 dynamic deadlift w chains@ 55% 1RM – 195#
    1b. 5×5 split jerk stance press – 115, 115, 125, 135(3), 135(4)
    Conditioning 12 min AMRAP:
    5 hurdles 30″ + sprint 50m + 5 hurdles 30″ + 15 T2B + 15 KBS 32kg (2 rounds vertical, 2 rounds horizontal)
    4 rounds + 5 hurdles, run, 5 hurdles

  2. A. Weighted pull ups 22.5lb x 3
    B. 21-15-9 ctb and burpees. Not sure what time.

    We are in Rochester for the weekend so we worked out at the YMCA… While doing my weighted pullups one girl came up to me and told me I was her new hero and afterwards a different girl told me that was the most amazing thing she had ever seen. I guess I forget sometimes how strong our girls are at c3!
