    B. On the odd minute, weighted strict CTB (50 lb) 5, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
    on the even minute, paralette push-ups – 15, 12, 11, 10, 9

  2. AM – Narrow bench waveload 5s – 135, 155, 175. 140, 160, 180. 145, 165, 185.
    10 minutes on the minute:
    Odd min – weighted strict PU, w 10# 5, 3, 3, 3, 5(15#)
    Even min – paralette push ups – 15, 12, 12, 12, 21

    PM – tall block cleans – 230×1 PR
    12 min on the minute:
    Odd min – 3 power cleans 155#
    Even min – 10 weighted GHSU 15#

  3. PM sesh
    Block cleans up to 285 (PR +5)
    Then 5 rounds of odd min: 3 TnG powercleans @ 215 + odd min 10 oh GHSU @ 15 lb
