  1. Wanted to finish the 5×5 squat program so:

    A) 1 power snatch, 1 hang snatch, every 90sec for 8 rounds:
    Up to 175, 3 fails at 185.

    B) 5×5 HBBS: 215, 225, 235, 245, 255pr

    C) 1000m row sprint x 2 with 3mins rest in between:
    3:39, 3:40
