We have been training functional fitness athletes in Athens since 2010, and before that, Brent ran the first dedicated CrossFit facility in Cincinnati  beginning in 2008 as one of the first 500 CF gyms in the entire world.   He competed at the 2009 CrossFit Games in Aromas at "The Ranch," back where it all began.  Brent and Ali have both coached and competed at the highest level for a combined 3 decades of fitness experience.

We hear it all the time: "I need to get in shape before I can come to CrossFit."  Most people who don't know their way around a gym are scared to step into a facility like ours.  Never fear!  We love beginners!  Every movement and every workout are adjusted for each individual so that you never do more than your body is ready for.  Rome wasn't built in a day, and your dream body won't be either.  We train for sustainable, systematic progress, with each day building on the last.
