    A2) 16 sec, 14 sec, 15 sec
    B) 7 rds. + 10 lunges (1st time with climb-they were 1/2 to 3/4 up-have to figure out the foot grip:)

  2. A1. 10, 20, 30 x 2
    A2. 13, 17, 11
    B. 7 rounds

    First time rope climbing and getting down is the hardest part! (might have fallen once)

    1. Shouldn’t that be 12 rounds even? If you started on the rope climb, and 10 lunges per leg, then each round should finish after 20 lunges.
